IT Executive

Job Description:
The IT Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring seamless IT operations within a high-performance environment. As the primary point of contact for IT support across South East Asia, this role requires a proactive individual skilled in managing IT systems, resolving incidents, and delivering exceptional service. You will contribute to enhancing the efficiency of IT applications, supporting internal teams, and enabling a world-class operational experience aligned with the standards of a leading global luxury brand.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and optimize IT application environments to support business operations.
2. Act as the primary contact for all IT support matters in South East Asia, managing incidents and requests effectively.
3. Provide comprehensive on-site and remote IT support to ensure smooth operations.
4. Proactively participate in and anticipate IT projects, fostering collaboration across departments.
5. Manage IT inventory, ensuring accurate tracking, updates, and compliance with organizational standards.
6. Develop and maintain detailed IT documentation, including system configurations, policies, and processes.
7. Collaborate with global IT teams to align regional operations with international IT strategies.
8. Monitor IT budgets and ensure cost-efficient resource allocation for IT operations and projects.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Strong project management and budgeting skills, with the ability to deliver on time and within budget.
3. Proven experience in IT service delivery, inventory management, and technical support.
4. Exceptional problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset and attention to detail.
