IT Engineer - Retail IT Operation Support

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Maintains effective communication with the office users, customer IT team, retail operation team, and store team.
2. Works with respective internal technology teams and functions to ensure high quality of services and facilities rendered to retail operations.
3. Manages and works with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to provide services including Helpdesk and Request.
4. Provides on-site services covering all operations in Singapore.
5. Maintains IT hardware & software inventory and life cycle.
6. Other duties as assigned.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

1. At least 1 year of experience in IT support.
2. Knowledge and working experience in supporting retail operations in the luxury industry is highly preferred.
3. Customer-centric and aims to exceed expectations.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
6. Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules.
7. Good communication skills in both spoken and written English; Mandarin and other dialects are advantages.
8. Skills in change management is an added advantage.
9. Project management experience is an added advantage.
