Responsibilities:

1. Provide IT and network support including system installation, configuration, upgrading and troubleshooting.
2. Manage computer networks and related computing environments.
3. Provide daily support to user and operation system platform.
4. Document all necessary information for IT assets.
5. Implement network security measures.
6. Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network problems.
7. Manage IT assets and assist in decision making on acquiring IT assets.
8. Configure email – create email IDs for new staff, backup files, and add additional email accounts in accordance with internal procedures.
9. Monitor server infrastructure and application full data and system backup, load balancing web server, VM server, and Windows SQL cluster failover services.
10. Carry out and deliver change requests from the operations team to enhance system security and data process tracking system.
11. Conduct training related to operation system applications, shop floor management systems, and internal IT management policy.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
2. Minimum 2 years experience in IT hardware maintenance service on server, network, and storage preventive.
3. Experience in operating systems and good troubleshooting skills.
4. Strong server and storage hardware configuration knowledge will be an advantage.
