Job Description

User and Stakeholder Engagement:

• Act as a bridge between internal users and third-party developers to ensure clarity in requirements and deliverables.
• Gather, analyze, and document user requirements to inform development efforts.
• Propose improvements to existing business processes based on user feedback and operational needs.

In-House Software Development:

• Develop and maintain in-house applications to support operations.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems as needed.

System Integration:

• Oversee the integration of new software with existing systems to ensure seamless operations.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and stakeholders to deliver system upgrades and patches.

Business Process Reengineering:

• Evaluate and redesign business processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Implement best practices and innovative solutions to address operational challenges.

Cloud Services & Infrastructure:

• Leverage cloud technologies (Google Cloud, AWS, or similar) to optimize system performance and scalability.
• Provide first-level support for servers, ensuring minimal downtime and rapid resolution of issues.

Requirement

• Diploma or degree in computer science/engineering
• Experience in manufacturing industry will be advantageous
