Job Responsibilities:
· Provide level 1 to 3 remote and on-site IT technical assistance to end-users, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical problems.
· Set up and configure computers, software, and peripherals for new and existing users.
· Managing IT systems and infrastructure, including firewall, servers, network devices, NAS, CCTV, AV system, access control system, and applications.
· Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment and software repair and maintenance.
· Manage IT assets inventory and perform other necessary duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
· Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
· Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in an IT environment.
· Specialize in IT-related troubleshooting, system setup, upgrading, and maintenance.
· Good knowledge of system administration and related services such as active directory, DNS, GPO, DHCP, etc.
· Working knowledge of Linux OS, VMWare, and DevOps would be an advantage.
· Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
