IT Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1. Provide level 1 to 3 remote and on-site IT technical assistance to end-users, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical problems.
2. Set up and configure computers, software, and peripherals for new and existing users.
3. Managing IT systems and infrastructure, including firewall, servers, network devices, NAS, CCTV, AV system, access control system, and applications.
4. Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment and software repair and maintenance.
5. Manage IT assets inventory and perform other necessary duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
2. Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in an IT environment.
3. Specialize in IT-related troubleshooting, system setup, upgrading, and maintenance.
4. Good knowledge of system administration and related services such as active directory, DNS, GPO, DHCP, etc.
5. Working knowledge of Linux OS, VMWare, and DevOps would be an advantage.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
