IT Engineer

Job Description

1. Work closely with external IT vendor, coordinating and supervising all IT related services and work done by external vendors.
2. Maintain and troubleshoot computer systems and networks, including cybersecurity.
3. Install and configure new hardware and application software.
4. Conduct applications training for internal stakeholders.
5. Track and manage IT related problems and issues.
6. Address any issues related to ICT security, performance, and applications availability.

Qualifications

1. 2+ years work experience with a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
2. Experience in Microsoft 365 platform; experience in Microsoft Power Platform is an added advantage.
3. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
4. Excellent analytical problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
5. Service-oriented and positive working attitude.
6. Team player, proactive, and willing to learn new technologies.
