Responsibilities:
- Provide technical documentation of standard operational procedures and technical guides.
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Perform system administration tasks (software installation, configuration, software patching, system monitoring, performance tuning, capacity planning, and disaster recovery drills).
- Manage IT Hotline and Helpdesk email for urgent requests for support.
- Any other responsibility as assigned by the Head of Department.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in IT & Relevant Disciplines.
- Experience in Ubuntu, Redhat, Lotus Notes, Cyberark administration, VMWare ESXi, and Oracle is an added advantage.
