IT/Desktop Support Engineer - Entry Level

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform troubleshooting for client platform related problems.
2. Respond promptly to incidents, investigate & provide temporary &/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated.
3. Provide timely status updates to relevant parties.
4. Perform service requests related to client platforms.
5. Monitor the agreed service level, document & maintain the configuration of the systems; provide regular reporting to relevant parties.
6. Involved in client platform implementation/upgrade projects.
7. Manage client platform implementation/upgrade projects.
8. Perform research/evaluation of client platform tools.
9. Provide systems related technical advice to customers or project team.
10. Manage client platform management systems.
11. Manage systems changes through change request process & provide status reports to the relevant parties.
12. Perform client platform related presales tasks.
13. Gather business &/or application requirements on the infrastructure to perform the infrastructure requirement analysis & design.
14. Ensure service level meets requirements. Propose and implement action plans when required.
15. Establish facility management standards/best practices to ensure operation consistency across project/facility management teams.

Requirements:

1. Good command of English to liaise with different entities.
2. Candidate must possess at least NITEC/Higher NITEC and above.
3. Basic understanding of IT or IT savvy.
4. Comfortable working in a healthcare environment.
5. Comfortable taking MMR and TDAP (Claimable).
6. Able to start immediately.
