IT Desktop Engineer

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday 9am-6pm
• Location at Yishun

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix issues with hardware and software
• Installation: Install new software, hardware, and systems
• Maintenance: Maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals
• Upgrades: Recommend and perform system upgrades
• Support: Provide technical support to users over the phone, in person, or online
• Training: Help users learn how to use technical systems
• Documentation: Document technical support procedures and customer records
• Research: Research new hardware products and technologies
• Communicate with Director and other higher management roles

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience
