IT & Cybersecurity Specialist

Responsibilities

· Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware

· Oversee the migration to and management of the Azure environment

· Administer and support the MS365 environment

· Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect company data and systems.

· Provide technical support and training to employees.

· Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures.

· Conduct regular system audits and vulnerability assessments.

· Stay updated with the latest IT and cybersecurity trends and technologies

Minimum Qualifications

· Minimum 3 years proven experience in managing IT Infrastructure and/or cybersecurity

· Strong knowledge of Azure and Microsoft 365 environments

· Familiarity with network and server management

· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

· Strong communication and collaboration skills

· Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) are a plus.
