IT Business Analysis Expert

CMA Ships, a subsidiary of the CMA CGM Group, covers all facets of the maritime business: from the fleet management of the vessels to that of the crew members.
CMA Ships is also a team of experts responsible for implementing innovative solutions and making CMA CGM vessels more energy efficient.

Summary
In this role, you will be reporting to the Solutions Support and Delivery Team Leader. You will be responsible for providing technical support for the system and conducting root cause analysis to resolve data management issues and propose feasible solutions.

Your main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Application Support

1. Provide level 1 technical support for day-to-day application queries and issues.
2. Monitor, manage, and solve application problems via the dedicated incident management tool (ServiceNow) within the OLA.
3. Document issues, observations, and outcomes accurately to escalate issues as required in the vendor's incident management tool (JIRA) and to ensure the resolution within the SLA.
4. Maintain and create documentation for technical troubleshooting and best practices.
5. Maintain understanding of company business processes.

Product Management

1. Identify, capture, and translate business requirements for technical discussion.
2. Prioritize business needs with Business Stakeholders on the release of functionalities.
3. Document the feedback, suggestions, and business requirements via the dedicated change management tool.
4. Monitor product development to ensure consistency against business requirements.
5. Perform functional tests on product and coordinate User Acceptance Test with business users.

Qualifications:

1. At least 3 to 5 years of experience in application support.
2. Experience in providing front-end application support.
3. Knowledge of product management would be advantageous.
4. Knowledge of the maritime operational constraints would be advantageous.
5. Experience in driving product and process improvements would be a plus.
