Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Applications Specialist to join our team at IFS. As an IT Applications Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the integration and automation of our systems, working closely with the IT-Applications team to ensure seamless connectivity across applications.

Key Responsibilities

1. Application System Integration:
   Assist in the provisioning and deprovisioning of applications, developing and maintaining integration scripts to ensure efficient communication between systems, automating workflows to enhance system integration and reduce manual processes, and troubleshooting and resolving integration issues to ensure seamless connectivity across applications.
2. Support and Incident Management:
   Provide Level 2 support, handling user requests and incidents by performing in-depth diagnosis and resolution, escalating unresolved issues to Level 3 support or external vendors, documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) and verifying resolutions with users to close incidents effectively, analyzing recurring issues to identify trends and propose preventive measures, and monitoring and reporting on incident and request SLAs using Power BI.
3. Project Management Support:
   Assist project managers with assigned tasks, contributing to successful project execution, participating in project meetings and offering technical insights on integration and support operations.

Requirements

• Education: Master's Degree in IT
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in the IT domain
• Skills: Basic knowledge of application integration, system automation, or scripting, familiarity with IT ticketing systems and basic troubleshooting techniques, strong problem-solving skills with a focus on technical issue resolution, and good communication skills for working with internal teams and external vendors.
