Provide ISO awareness training to all employees and focus on the correct way to create and fill out the organization’s document system.
Manage requests for documentation and create templates, copy, scan, and store documents onto SharePoint (file documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage).
Review and maintain the accuracy of the records, editing where necessary to ensure they are up to date.
Liaise with department representatives and project representatives to distribute department/project-related ISO information with all levels of the department/project team and potentially external parties.
Manage the processes around documentation within the organization and maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation.
Identify issues, recommend solutions, and create quality ISO system documentation.
Monitor the ISO system’s PDCA cycle and report on any non-conformities with root causes to develop a plan for CAPA.
Assist and develop reports for internal audits for management review meetings for top management.
Perform roles and responsibilities assigned related to ISO by the department head.
Skills Requirement
Min 2 years of (Internal) ISO auditing experience.
Possess any Bachelor Engineering Degree/Diploma or IT-related qualification (preferably in Mechanical and Electrical).
Auditing skills certificate (Internal/External audit training certificate) on any one or more of the ISO standards (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 22301:2019 requirements).
Possess good collaboration skills and strong multi-tasking capability.
Strong influencing skills and experience with driving cross-functional group issues to resolution.
