Job Description:

1. Generate and process invoices accurately and timely.
2. Review billing discrepancies and resolve any issues.
3. Maintain and update customer accounts.
4. Prepare and distribute billing statements and reports.
5. Assist with record-keeping.
6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy.

Work Experience Requirements:

1. At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Customer service / coordination in a maritime company.
3. Diploma or certification in any field.
