Investor Relations Manager

Our client, a listed company, is looking for an Investor Relations (IR) Manager to join their team. This role will report directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

Regulatory & Investor Communication

• Handle SGX announcements, annual reports, and general meetings (AGM & EGM).
• Prepare periodic SGX results presentations, press releases, and outlook commentary.
• Manage the preparation and timely delivery of the Annual Report.
• Prepare FAQs for investor relations inquiries.

Investor Outreach & Capital Raising

• Lead and coordinate IR events such as roadshows, seminars, and investor meetings.
• Increase investor awareness and coverage by engaging research houses and media.
• Establish connections with local and overseas retail and institutional investors through direct networks, IR databases, and brokers.
• Present and pitch the company’s investment story and growth potential to investors and brokers.
• Support equity fundraising efforts during acquisitions.
• Provide ongoing and timely responses to the investment community.

Market & Performance Analysis

• Analyze investment performance and investor sentiments.
• Monitor share price movements and market trends.
• Track and analyze research reports, media coverage, and investor discussions related to the company.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in investor relations, fundraising, or a related role.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage relationships with investors and stakeholders.
• Results-oriented, able to work independently with a strong sense of urgency.
