Investment Analyst/Associate in Capital Markets (CM) Department

Who are we: We are the world’s biggest listed EV battery components company.

General description: The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks, including conducting investor research, preparing financial information and models, preparing marketing materials, and executing transactions. They will work closely with other team members in Singapore and across the globe on data and financial analyses, due diligence activities, and the creation of transaction materials. Being exposed to every aspect of a deal/transaction cycle, the candidate will be involved in the investor sourcing process, evaluation of such financing opportunities, arranging and structuring of such transactions, and see to the completion and documentation. The role needs a go-getter who wants to gain investment banking skills to eventually become a deal maker.

Detailed description:

1. Assist the CM Director to source for credible strategic and sovereign wealth fund investors.
2. Assist the CM Director to manage investment bankers and financing proposals.
3. Assist the CM Director to answer questions from investors.
4. Assist the CM Director to prepare documents for investors' due diligence.
5. Deep understanding of financial models.
6. Assist the CM Director in other matters like marketing, R&D joint labs, sourcing and incubation of early-stage startups, formation of incubation investment funds.
7. Strong in risk management, IPO regulations, and review of legal documents.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance/Investment related field or equivalent.
2. Fluency in English and Chinese in speaking, writing, and reading.
3. Relevant work experience of at least 3 years.
4. MSc in Finance or related field.
5. Humble, meticulous, and with a good learning attitude.
