Documentation-Related

• Assist in the onboarding process of the company’s partners such as brokers, custodians, issuers as well as products/service providers.
• Assist in the onboarding process of investors for Fund Management Services to ensure adherence to AML/CTF guidelines.
• Coordinate with Fund Administrator (and Portfolio Manager) to ensure a smooth onboarding process of new/potential investors.
• Provide strategic recommendations to enhance the Investor Subscription Agreement and associated documentation for the company’s evolving products and services.
• Manage and oversee the end-to-end investor onboarding process.
• Co-ordinate with Group Legal and Compliance to review agreements to be executed between ZICOam and partners.

Operational Support

• Support for fund audit to be performed on an annual basis.
• Support Portfolio Manager for NAV calculation.
• Monitoring & maintenance of subscription cash and investment trading accounts for settlement and other investment activities.
• Liaise with counterparties (namely banks, brokers, custodians, facility agents, issuers) to facilitate investments and perform trade reconciliation.
• Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders for all fund operation related matters.
• Monitor the receipt of funding for subscription requests made by the investors.
• Support investment-related and customer service activities.
• Ongoing strategic enhancement of fund management policies and procedures.
• Provide support to senior management as required.
• Maintain records on all company client accounts, data, trades, custodian banks, brokers and partners.
• Reconcile trades for all advisors for reporting purposes.
• Provide support for company’s regulatory quarterly, annual reporting and ad hoc surveys.

Risk Management

• Act as gatekeeper for overall operational processes to ensure compliance with regulatory directives/guidelines/notices.
• Support Compliance Officer in enforcing policies and audit compliance matters.

Systems Related

• Perform regular housekeeping to remove obsolete files from personal and shared folders.

Requirement

• A degree in business, economics, finance or a related subject.
• At least 3-5 years of work experience within the industry or related field in investment operations.
