A well-known family office is looking to hire an Investment Operations Analyst to join a team. You will be responsible for the following:

• Liaise with fund administrators on reviewing and validating fund Net Asset Value documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with investment advisors/managers, brokers, and auditors.
• Assist in the onboarding of new funds and KYC checks on investors.
• Setup of new funds in the fund accounting system.
• Review of funds’ PPM and subscription documents.
• Conduct periodic reviews of fund operations processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with 5 to 12 years of work experience in fund administration or working with a fund manager in the operations team. Proficient in reviewing fund NAV documents.
