Vice President to join our investment team primarily covering North America and Asian markets. This is an opportunity to join a lean high calibre team, work on some of the most exciting deals as pioneers in this space, as well as be part of a young and fast-growing emerging manager

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end deal screening, structuring, due diligence, and deal execution
• Assist in sourcing and deal negotiations with stakeholders and management
• Perform appropriate industry, business, legal, and financial analyses / modelling
• Prepare internal memos and make recommendations to investment committee on investment opportunities
• Oversee post investment asset management / reporting / monitoring workstreams
• Participate in investor meetings and assist with investor due diligence requests
• Contribute to the build-out of the team, strategy, business, and culture

Requirements

• Master or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Engineering; MBA or CFA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in private equity, venture capital, or investment banking.
• Expertise in valuation, financial modeling, and risk analysis.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to excel in high-risk, high-reward environments.
