Investment Manager (Asia/PE fund)(ID: 666161)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handling analysis and dealing with investment projects, preferably within Private Fund Investment in Asia.
• Support and assist in executing private equity transactions including deal screening, structuring, due diligence, preparation of documents for the Investment Committee’s consideration, and legal documentation.
• Monitor and review performance of portfolio companies and add value to portfolio companies where appropriate.
• Make recommendations to the Investment Committee on material decisions including exit and restructuring.
• Any other duties that may be assigned by the Employee's supervisor or the management of the Company from time to time.
• Support and assist supervisor on special projects and assignments.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree or above.
• Over 10 years of private equity or investment banking experience.
