Investment Manager

Our client is an international venture capital and private equity firm based in Singapore. Successful candidates should be experienced and capable of working with a group of cross-region innovative entrepreneurs and top investment professionals from Indonesia, Singapore, Silicon Valley, and China.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct industry and company-specific research.
• Create investment pipelines based on the regional investment network of the company.
• Conduct market mapping and scoping of potential investment pipelines.
• Analyze investment prospects, building investment thesis and financial models.
• Conduct due diligence, deal structuring, and negotiations.
• Interact with portfolio/target company management teams and portfolio management.

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor/Master degree in Finance or related professional field.
• 2-3 years professional experience in banking, consulting, or direct investment industries.
• Strong financial modeling and investment analysis skills.
• Solid problem-solving and sound communication skills.

• Office located in CBD.
