Adept Business Consultancy Pte Ltd: Wealth Management and Investment Insights Internship Program

About the Program: Adept Business Consultancy is excited to offer a comprehensive Wealth Management and Investment Insights Internship Program, designed to immerse motivated undergraduates in the multifaceted world of finance, investment, and asset management. This unique program provides exposure across four key areas—Investment Analysis, Wealth Management Advisory, Market Research, and Trust and Estate Administration—offering a holistic learning experience in wealth management, portfolio construction, and financial research. Interns will gain valuable, hands-on experience while collaborating with seasoned professionals and contributing to meaningful projects that shape investment decisions and strategic financial planning.

Program Structure and Key Responsibilities:

• Investment Analysis (Fund Management/Asset Management)

  • Support fund managers and analysts with daily operations, focusing on data-driven research and analysis.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging investment opportunities and trends.
  • Assist in maintaining financial models and databases, as well as preparing presentations for client and internal use.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and support trade execution and documentation.

• Wealth Management Advisory

  • Utilize data from leading fund houses to support advisory insights and recommendations.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of key investment instruments and asset classes in the market.
  • Attend investment classes and shadow corporate bankers to gain direct insights into advisory practices and portfolio strategies.

• Market Research and Intelligence (Property Investment)

  • Collaborate with the research team to analyze real estate trends, economic conditions, and property market shifts.
  • Conduct daily news curation from local business articles, extracting key real estate data for analysis.
  • Produce reports and statistics for research publications, leveraging in-house analytical tools for comparison studies.

• Trust and Estate Administration

  • Work with legal professionals specializing in estate administration, gaining insights into the legal and regulatory aspects of managing estates and trusts.
  • Assist in the accounting and tracking of trust investments, ensuring accurate financial documentation.
  • Support the corporate secretarial team in compliance management, document preparation, and corporate governance essential to trust administration.
