Investment Director

Our team is currently working with a Debt Financing Platform and they are looking to hire a professional to join them.

This position offers the opportunity to originate, structure, and execute innovative debt transactions across sectors such as renewables and infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the origination, structuring, and execution of debt transactions, including project finance, mezzanine, and convertible debt in emerging Asia.
• Build and manage strong relationships with market players, positioning the firm as a go-to provider for debt financing.
• Develop expertise in the firm's core sectors and contribute to the firm’s strategic positioning in the market.

Requirements:

• At least 13-15 years of prior experience in Debt Financing / Private Credit or related fields.
• Passion for sustainability, ESG, and the renewables space.
• Understanding of Southeast Asia’s markets.
