Investment Analyst (Real Estate)

Salary: up to $5500

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze real estate data through research and information collection.
• Primarily focus on real estate in Singapore, with additional attention to markets in the UK, Australia, and New Zealand.
• Capable of creating waterfall models, development budgets, cash flow projections, and investor return summaries.
• Support the CIO in sourcing credible strategic and sovereign wealth fund investors.
• Assist the CIO in managing relationships with investment bankers and preparing financing proposals.
• Help the CIO address investor inquiries and provide relevant information.
• Aid the CIO in preparing documents for investor due diligence processes.
• Possess a strong understanding of financial modeling techniques.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Familiar with real estate market in UK/Australia/NZ.
