Investment Analyst

Our Client:

• Investment Management Industry.
• Mon to Fri, 9.30am to 6.30pm
• Tai Seng
• Basic: $4500 to $6500 + Performance Bonus

Our client is a family office for a local ship bunker in Singapore. They are the investment arm that specializes in working with High-Net-Worth individuals and institutions for Private Equity Real Estate & Alternative Investments.

Responsibilities:

• Collect information, perform research, and analyze real estate.
• Focus on Real Estate, especially in Singapore, UK, Australia, and New Zealand.
• Able to model waterfall models, development budgets, cash flow, and investor return summary.
• Assist the CFO to source for credible strategic and sovereign wealth fund investors.
• Assist the CFO to manage investment bankers and financing proposals.
• Assist the CFO to answer questions from investors.
• Assist the CFO to prepare documents for investors' Due Diligence.
• Deep understanding of financial models.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of working experience in investment analysis, real estate, or related fields.
• Familiarity with real estate markets in Singapore, UK, Australia, or New Zealand is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, including waterfall models and cash flow analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with real estate analysis tools is a plus (e.g., Argus, CoStar).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to meet tight deadlines.
• Able to do presentations for the project analysis.
