Assess and execute real estate investment opportunities, primarily within the real estate lodging sector.
Track, analyse, and forecast property trends and key drivers in designated regional markets, such as Asia-Pacific, the UK, and other markets.
Build and refine advanced financial models, perform valuations, and conduct comparable analysis for potential investments.
Assist in conducting thorough market and property-level due diligence, including the review of property financials, rent rolls, and third-party reports. Work alongside the corporate development team to assist in various transaction workstreams as part of the due diligence process.
Prepare detailed written analysis and investment proposals for internal and external stakeholders.
Contribute to the strategic planning process, including researching new asset classes and potential market expansions.
Maintain and update internal databases for economic and real estate research to support decision-making.
Requirements

Experience in creating compelling presentation decks and writing detailed reports for stakeholders.
Advanced knowledge of Excel for financial analysis and data manipulation.
Working knowledge of additional technical programs (such as Power BI, Tableau, or others) is a plus.
Ability to present findings clearly and persuasively to a variety of stakeholders, including senior management.
