Investment Analyst

We are looking for a dynamic Investment Analyst. The Investment Analyst will report to the Directors and the Investment Manager directly and will be exposed to, and assist with, various financial tasks, analysis, and research for the real estate projects that APG is involved in.

The company has a host of ongoing and upcoming projects invested in by APG's global network of investors. This role will require a range of tasks the Investment Analyst will assist with. By virtue of it being a lean team in Singapore, this role will also expose the analyst to a variety of different tasks, including liaising with the Australian team for one of the portfolio businesses in an upcoming and niche real estate segment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform market research, competitive analysis, and other ad-hoc research as needed for ongoing/new deals;
2. Conduct financial projections and analysis for new deals;
3. Prepare/amend financial models for ongoing projects as they approach the refinance stage;
4. Assist in the preparation of investment memorandums, pitch decks, and quarterly investor updates and newsletters;
5. Participate in pitch meetings with investors;
6. Build and maintain relationships with investment partners & investors;
7. Assist the Directors and the Investment Manager on due diligence materials required by institutional funders for different projects;
8. Compile data and prepare reports on the economic and real estate market updates for our investor newsletters;
9. Review and participate in tax and legal due diligence;
10. Be involved in a variety of tasks for a deal from initiation to execution across different segments;
11. Provide support to the Managing Director and perform other related duties and assignments.
