Inventory Specialist (Inventory Management/Exp in Logistics/Jurong Island)

Location: Jurong Island

Company transport: Tampines, Bedok Paya Lebar, Lavender, Yishun, Sembawang, Woodlands, Bukit Panjang, Sengkang, Ang Mo Kio, Serangoon, Choa Chu Kang, Bukit Batok, Lakeside, Bukit Gombak, Jurong East, Tiong Bahru, Commonwealth, Boon Lay MRT

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily operations of inventory management in the warehouse.
• Receive products from Bagging terminals and perform inventory checks.
• Coordinate with Bagging terminals to resolve any inventory discrepancies.
• Record production write-ons and update stock quantities in SAP.
• Manage inventory movements using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Prepare and submit daily inventory reports.
• Monitor the status and reconciliation of Flag forms.
• Update manpower and resource usage for Flag forms.
• Collaborate with supervisors to allocate and manage resources effectively.
• Ensure timely follow-up for closure and customer response.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year working experience in inventory management in logistics industry.
• Accurate and meticulous with attention to details.
• Able to work independently with little instruction on routine work.
• Experience in MS Office.
