Inventory Executive (Manufacturing, Warehouse, West, 5 Days, Up to $2900)

Job Description:

The incumbent will work alongside the team manager to manage the company's inventory system and is committed to maintaining data accuracy and integrity of the system.

The Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the company's inventory system
• Provide support for periodic stock checks and stock takes
• Oversee and ensure inventory accuracy in the system
• Review inventory documentation, records, and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies, if any
• Liaise with warehouse personnel on inventory matters
• Ensure timely updating of supplier price lists and computation of selling price

Qualifications:

• Minimum a Diploma or equivalent, preferably in logistics or a related field
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and organized
• Possess relevant experience in inventory control
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
