Inventory Coordinator (Manufacturing, Jurong East)

Weatherford (Jurong East branch) is currently hiring a full-time Inventory Coordinator. Our Inventory Coordinator is responsible for handling the end-to-end Inventory Management process. Job scope involves managing Incoming and Outgoing shipments, Managing Material Receipts & Issuance, and ensuring Inventory accuracy in the system at all times.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle Material Receipts & Issuance in accordance with Company Procedure.
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
• Reconcile discrepancies in inventories and notify Supervisor of irregularities and when stock reaches the designated reorder point.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through conducting all inventory transactions related to shipping, receiving, work orders, and sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Conduct all transactions related to parent/child asset relationships accurately and in a timely manner.
• Run and initiate cycle count reports on a weekly basis.
• Provide variance explanation, if needed.
• Understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford.
• Carry out work assignments to the highest quality level.
• Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by the supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.

Job Requirements:

• NITEC in Engineering, Logistics / Supply Chain, or equivalent.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Good Team Player & Independent Worker who can work under minimal supervision.
• Should possess 2-3+ years of general inventory experience.

Others:

8am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday

Competitive basic salary + 1 month AWS
