Inventory Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Inventory Controller to join our team. This role involves managing accurate inventory records, collaborating with various departments, and ensuring seamless inventory flow within the organization. Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and reconciliations.
2. Update inventory databases and generate reports on stock status and trends.
3. Inspect shipments to ensure quality control and compliance with standards.
4. Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams to streamline inventory flow.
5. Identify and implement process improvements for inventory control.
6. Maintain detailed records of all inventory transactions.
7. Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or equivalent; coursework in logistics or supply chain is a plus.
2. Experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or accounts assistant roles.
3. Proficient in inventory software, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
4. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and organizational abilities.
5. Willing to work in Tuas (company transport provided).
6. Immediate availability is an advantage.
