Job Description:

• Organize and monitor warehouse inventory to maintain proper stock levels, process purchase orders, and track orders.
• Record purchases and update database, perform physical stock counts, and reconcile stock with computer reports.
• Supervise logistics admin staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Contribute to process improvements to ensure efficiency in warehouse operations.
• Maintain accurate and complete warehouse records to ensure authenticity.
• Conduct regular stocktakes/inventory counts to track product levels.
• Monitor and validate inventory, perform cycle counts, and check for short-dated products monthly.
• Follow SOPs and best practices to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Ensure timely shipment deliveries and smooth execution of operations.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage shipments and track inventory on a monthly and annual basis.
• Assist the Warehouse Manager with project implementation and ad-hoc logistics needs.
• Process returns and document them according to established procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned, supporting operational needs.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or 3PL is preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items as required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and order processing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
