The Finance Service Income Statement Leader for International region plays a critical role in analyzing and optimizing income statement metrics to drive financial performance and support strategic decision-making within the Service organization. He/She will lead Service income statement analysis, financial planning, and cost optimization initiatives to ensure efficient use of resources and maximize profitability across diverse markets.

Job Description
Principales responsabilités :
- Conduct thorough analysis of Service income statements to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement across the International region.
- Analyze revenue, expenses, and profitability metrics to assess financial performance and identify key drivers.
- Lead the development of income statement forecasts and budgets, working closely with finance teams and Service Leaders.
- Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and drive financial performance.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements across income statement categories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cost-saving initiatives and monitor results across the entire region.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track income statement performance and financial metrics.
- Prepare regular performance reports and updates for senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Partner with other finance leaders and Service Leaders to align income statement objectives with overall financial goals and strategies.
- Foster collaboration and communication across departments to ensure alignment and support for income statement initiatives.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance leadership roles with a focus on income statement analysis and financial planning.
- Strong proficiency and understanding of financial principles, income statement components, and financial modeling techniques.
- Strong curiosity and sense of urgency, proven track record of driving financial performance and optimizing income statement metrics.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and geographies.
- Experience working in a multinational environment and remote teams.
