Our client is an established insurance company in Singapore. Due to business growth, they are looking for an experienced Internal Audit Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the audit planning process and internal audit engagements
2. Develop and implement the audit framework
3. Ensure that Internal Audit adheres to applicable auditing standards and is compliant with the relevant laws and regulations
4. Manage relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth conduct of audit engagements
5. Lead the preparation and presentation of audit reports
6. Conduct independent audits wherever required
7. Meet performance KPIs in terms of timeliness, quality, etc.
8. Support the Audit Committee processes
