Internal Audit & Risk Assistant Manager (Pasir Panjang, up to $4,500)

Our client is a multinational preschool organization, committed to providing high-quality early childhood education in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Assist in planning and conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes. Ensure audits are completed on time and within budget.
2. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. Monitor the implementation of corrective actions in response to audit findings.
3. Support the identification, assessment, and prioritization of risks within the organization.
4. Develop clear and concise audit reports detailing observations, risks, and recommended improvements.

Requirements:

1. Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
2. At least 2 years of experience in internal audit, risk management, or compliance.
3. Critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Salary: $4,000 to $4,500
