Support backend coordination of interviews for TA team – i.e., coordinate and send invitations to hiring managers and candidates cc HRBP and Recruiter.
Use our ATS system (Recruitee) where possible, otherwise emails or company cell phone provided.
Review, enhance, and post job advertisements on various job portals.
Create and post click baits to increase applications.
Minimum Requirements:
Full-time student in Singapore majoring in Business, HR, International Relations, Sociology, Psychology, or related fields.
Ideally able to commit full-time for a 3-6 months internship period.
Previous relevant internship experience in any HR field is an advantage.
