Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct research on local real estate markets, including property values, trends, and competitor analysis.
2. Assist in analyzing financial statements, investment performance metrics, and cash flow projections for potential acquisitions and valuation exercises.
3. Assist in preparing presentations and reports for internal stakeholders, summarizing research findings and investment recommendations.
4. Provide administrative assistance to the investment team, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and preparing documentation.

Job Requirements:

1. Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Business, Real Estate, or Finance.
2. Ability to analyze data and financial reports to inform investment decisions.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports, presentations, and succinct emails.
4. Meticulousness in reviewing documents and data to ensure accuracy.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for real estate financial modeling; PowerPoint in crafting compelling and succinct narratives for investments.
