Be part of the Hospitality Property Marketing team of Marina Bay Sands, storytelling to the global audience the integrated resort’s collection of rooms and suites, curation of signature restaurants, bars, and nightlife venues, as well as array of meetings, events and weddings experiences at the Sands Expo & Convention.

The ideal candidate loves the Hospitality industry, is naturally curious about it and is committed to fulfilling their part in an iconic global destination.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Support Marketing Campaigns: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution for business units across the Hospitality portfolio, including Hotel, F&B, Nightlife and MICE.

  2. Copywriting: Confident in copywriting and copyediting for paid, owned and printed deliverables including website and collaterals.

  3. Content Creation Support: Provide logistical and administrative support to ensure the smooth execution of campaign photoshoots and videoshoots.

  4. Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis on trends, statistics, and industry best practices to inform Marketing Campaigns.

  5. Innovation and Initiative: Bring fresh ideas and proactive solutions to enhance the content propositions and engage our target audiences.

  6. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams and across departments to foster strong relationships and ensure successful project outcomes.

  7. Other Duties Where Assigned: Be in attendance at regular meetings and ensure follow-up on all relevant items in supporting the Property Marketing (Hospitality) teams’ ongoing projects.

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

  1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality or a related field.

Experience

  1. No experience required as training will be provided.

Other Prerequisites

  1. Skilled written and verbal communicator in the English language.

  2. Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams.

  3. Organized and independent, with experience in managing projects from start to finish.

  4. Self-motivated, mature and responsible.
