Responsibilities

Salesforce Data Management:

• Cleanse and deduplicate Salesforce records to maintain data accuracy and quality.
• Import and export data in Salesforce as required.
• Assist in identifying and correcting data inconsistencies, redundancies, and discrepancies.

Web Data Collection:

• Conduct comprehensive web searches to gather relevant data from reliable sources.
• Utilize various tools and techniques to scrape websites and gather structured and unstructured data.
• Document sources and methods used to gather data for future reference.

Data Cleaning:

• Review datasets to identify and fix errors, omissions, or inconsistencies.
• Utilize tools and programming languages like Python and R for data wrangling tasks.
• Enhance the quality of raw data by eliminating irrelevant or redundant information.

Collaborate and Communicate:

• Work closely with the team to understand data needs.
• Regularly update and report to the supervisor on the progress and findings.
• Participate in team meetings to share insights and feedback.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a program related to Data Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a similar field.
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
• Familiarity with data visualisation tools, Quick Sight, and data analysis tools such as Excel, Python, R, or SQL.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyse significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Keen interest in working on topics related to CSR, ESG, and Sustainable Development.
• Interest in ideation and facilitation.
• Possess experience in corporate sustainability and/or strategy (good to have).
