Our Singapore office is home to a seasoned team of design professionals delivering innovative and world-class design solutions for hospitality, residential, office, and master planning projects.
We’re expanding our core design team and looking for a talented and motivated Intermediate Interior Designer to join our Singapore office. If you're passionate about hospitality design and eager to work on large-scale international projects, this is an excellent opportunity for you. With a focus on hospitality, we offer the chance to gain international experience while working on projects across Southeast Asia, India, the Middle East, and Africa. You’ll collaborate closely with Senior Interior Designer/Design Lead, mentor junior team members, and contribute to the development of innovative, high-quality design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Senior Designers to develop creative, practical concepts that align with project goals.
- Produce detailed technical drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections, joinery details) ensuring
accuracy and compliance with local and international codes and hotel operator standards.
- Support design development by providing technical input and assisting in the preparation of
presentation materials (SketchUp models, 2D/3D visualizations).
- Act as a liaison between the design team, consultants, and contractors, ensuring seamless
communication and resolution of technical issues.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative working environment.
- Stay current with industry trends and sustainable design practices.
Qualifications / Skills:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design, with expertise in executing hospitality and/or
residential projects from concept to construction documentation, especially in the technical and
documentation phases.
- Advanced proficiency in SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, AutoCAD, and other design software.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
