Qualifications:

• Senior Interior Designer: at least 3-5 years of experience in interior design.
• Interior Designer: at least 1-2 years of experience in interior design.
• O level(Min), Diploma, Degree

Key Qualities:

• A strong sense of responsibility and aesthetic sensibility.
• Leadership experience (senior team managers/team leaders is a plus).
• Able to converse in English and Chinese to handle queries and concerns from English and Chinese speaking counterparts.
• Proficiency in 2D AutoCAD and 3D SketchUp.
• Creative, independent, self-disciplined, willing to learn, love to talk to customers, and meticulous.
• Good communication skills and presentation abilities; must be able to meet clients on weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Understand homeowner requirements and propose space planning with layout and material.
• Draw in 2D CAD & 3D Sketch Up.
• Responsible for working out quotations.
• Supervise work progress and meet timelines.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure quality work.
