Interior Designer (Drafter)

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed AutoCAD and 3D visual perspective renderings, layout plans, and specifications.
• Collaborate closely with inter-departmental teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop and implement high-quality interior design concepts, including mood boards and layout plans.
• Prepare and draft layout drawings with precision.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
• Produce and upload interior walkthroughs using motion graphic software (experience with KuJiaLe is a plus!).
• Work alongside sales teams, contractors, and project managers to deliver exceptional results.
• Perform any additional ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

• Higher Nitec / Diploma in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
• Proficiency in 2D & 3D design software (AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, SketchUp Pro, KuJiaLe, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is advantageous.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in interior design, with expertise in space planning from concept to implementation for both residential and commercial projects.
• Knowledge of the design process, including M&E, construction/shop drawings, color & materials, furniture systems, and detailing is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines under pressure.
