Interior Designer(Commercial Offices)

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on space planning, conceptual design, and design development to define the design direction.
• Act as the main contact for clients, presenting and advocating for design concepts.
• Engage in client meetings and manage all communications with clients.
• Develop construction drawings and assist with the tender process and site observations.
• Review and supervise the design team’s tender and construction drawing packages.
• Create sample boards, presentation materials, and PowerPoint slides.
• Ensure client approval on all drawings and finishes.
• Help improve design standards and maintain quality control.
• Conduct site analyses and inventory assessments.
• Ensure projects meet client specifications, stay within scope, and adhere to budget limits.
• Communicate with suppliers and vendors for pricing and material quality.
• Attend weekly meetings with clients and contractors during project initiation.
• Manage design-related tasks and assist with other duties as assigned by the Design Director or Managing Director.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or degree in Interior Architecture & Design.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Interior Design.
• Strong creative skills, excellent color perception, and design documentation capabilities.
• Outstanding space planning abilities.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and 3D design software.
• Excellent communication and design presentation skills.
• A committed, self-motivated team player with a positive attitude.
• Experienced in handling tender/construction drawing packages and interior detailing for commercial offices.
