Responsibilities:

1. Understand homeowner requirements and propose space planning with layout and material.
2. Draw in 2D CAD & 3D Sketch Up.
3. Responsible for working out quotations.
4. Supervise work progress and meet timelines.
5. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure quality work.

Requirements:

1. O Level (Min), Diploma, Degree/Bachelor.
2. Minimum 1 year experience in interior design, construction project management, or related fields.
3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
4. Able to converse in English and Mandarin to handle queries from English and Chinese-speaking counterparts.
5. Creative, independent, self-disciplined, willing to learn, customer-oriented, and meticulous.
6. Good communication skills and ability to present; available to meet clients on weekends and public holidays.
