INTERIOR DESIGNER

Planning & Coordination

• Verify M&E provision with QP before test fitting.

• Align operation process flow with stakeholders before HOD review.

• Obtain landlord design and fitting-out guidelines and share internally.

• Request at least two design proposals and QP quotations for HOD approval.

Design Conceptualization & Approval

• Develop design concepts considering brand identity and functionality.

• Coordinate with stakeholders to finalize design requirements.

• Seek HOD approval before landlord submission.

• Finalize materials and furniture with Ops, designers, and contractors.

Project Execution & Compliance

• Prepare project schedule with milestone dates.

• Attend site surveys and coordinate with the landlord on requirements.

• Follow up on M&E endorsement and submission to the landlord.

• Oversee PTW applications, site handovers, and defect inspections.

• Address outlet requests related to space planning.

Brand Consistency & Collaboration

• Ensure all designs align with brand identity and standards.

• Work closely with marketing, operations, and project teams.

• Communicate design concepts effectively to all stakeholders.

Problem Solving & Innovation

• Identify and resolve design challenges in existing outlets.
