Interior Designer

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Interior Designer to join our team, who will be instrumental in driving sales, executing innovative design solutions, and managing renovation projects from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Engagement: Actively seek out and respond to sales inquiries, cultivating relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Design Development: Create unique and aesthetically pleasing interior design concepts tailored to each client's vision, budget, and lifestyle.
• Project Management: Oversee renovation projects from start to finish, coordinating timelines, resources, and teams to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Client Consultations: Meet with clients to discuss designs, present proposals, and incorporate feedback to refine the final outcome.
• Budgeting & Procurement: Determine project costs, source materials, and negotiate with vendors to maximize value for clients while maintaining quality.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct on-site inspections and continuous communication with contractors to ensure adherence to design specifications and high standards of workmanship.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in interior design, sales, and project management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Proficient in design software and tools relevant to the industry.
• Familiarity with renovation processes and materials is preferred.
