Interior Design Consultants

Job Summary:
The Interior Design Consultant plays a key role in driving sales within their designated area. This position requires the ability to confidently interact with and build strong relationships with both internal team members and external stakeholders.

Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and articulate Design Consultant to join our energetic team.

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of interior design to achieve business goals.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and requirements.
• Present space planning and design concepts to clients effectively.
• Manage and align customer expectations throughout the process.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external specialists.
• Provide regular updates on residential and commercial project progress to the Director.

Job Requirements:

• A Diploma in Interior Design or a related field is the minimum qualification.
• At least one year of experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of project coordination and management is a plus.
• Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, and MS PowerPoint is essential.
• Confidence in sales pitching is required.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail are highly valued.
• A sales-driven, motivated, and self-starter mindset is essential.
• Willingness to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment is necessary.
