Interior Architectural Designer

We are looking for a talented Interior Architectural Designer to join our team!

Responsibilities:
• Work closely with clients to understand their design needs and preferences.
• Develop design concepts, mood boards, and space layouts.
• Select and source materials, furniture, fixtures, and color palettes.
• Collaborate with 3D visualizers to create detailed design plans and visualizations.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and architects to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure designs comply with safety regulations and building codes.
• Integrate ergonomic and functional elements into layouts.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
• Develop business plans, follow up on leads, and convert prospects into clients.
• Assist the Design Director to ensure seamless project delivery.

Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in residential interior design.
• Strong eye for design, spatial planning, proportions, and color.
• Good understanding of timeless design principles and current trends.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, and Adobe Suite.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from concept to completion.
• Experience coordinating with suppliers, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
• Willingness to conduct site inspections with the Project Manager to maintain high-quality standards.
