Interim COO (Finance Business unit)
Job description
We are looking for interim Chief Operating Officer with experience managing a Finance business unit, with transformation and operating experience.
Please note: This is a 6-month contract role, and candidates should be able to start immediately.
Key responsibilities
Strategy and Transformation:
- Defining objectives, goals, strategies and measures for newly formed Finance business unit.
- Manage team with clear set of KPIs, and ensuring high performing team.
- Collaborating with transformation team to establish the new practice model / organization.
Operations:
- Standardizations & optimization of finance processes.
- Implementation of workflow management and intelligent automation.
- Manage clients' expectations and ensure high quality of service delivery.
Leadership and stakeholder and team management:
- Overall leadership and day to day operations, across global locations.
- Engage senior stakeholders to ensure overall alignment for BU strategy.
Experience
- More than 10 years Operating experience and experience leading a Finance business unit is a requirement.
- Prior experience in corporate services industry, B2B service providers or B2B sales organization is a plus.
- Prior experience leading change for a large global organization is a plus.
